Product Details:

We are engaged in offering our esteemed clients with a qualitative range of Coating Pans, These are widely used in the process of coating tablets and confectionaries, wherein the skills of the coater needs to be supplemented by a correctly designed, versatile coating pan. Our range has a very heavy & sturdy structure and is made from angles as well as channels. The complete structures of these coating pans are covered from all sides with hinges provided on two sides (left & right) of the structure. These also have bolts fixed to the structure. The coating pans offered by us also include variable speed pulley system made out of cast iron, with motor slides and up to 72" size for speed variation. It also includes motor & worm reduction gears as per clients’ requirements (A.C. frequency drive for variable speed of coating pan will be also provided on demand. Our range is fabricated using 0 SWG, SS304, SS316 or SS316 L materials and polished to have mirror finish in the inner side and matt finish on the exteriors. These are designed after a careful study of the needs of expert coaters such as rotational speed, angle of inclination of pan, inside finishing of the pan, total volume and temperature of the hot air.

Pan:-
SS 316 semi ellipsoidal size pan with a circular mouth for charging & discharging of tablets Pan mounted at an inclination of 45 degrees to the horizontal.

Drive Assembly:-
Consists of a suitable HP 3 Phase, 440 V, and 1440-RPM TEFC motor with suitable worm reduction gearbox and cone pulley arrangement to give threespeed output.

Hot Air Blower:-
The unit is provided with a hot air blower consisting of suitable HP 3 Phase 440 V, 2880-RPM TEFC electric motor & centrifugal blower with damper delivering required CFM. The air is heated by means of suitable electric heater to give air at 30 to 90 degrees Heater with thermostat control and flexible hose pipe 

Control Panel:-
Unit provided with suitable control panel with starters and push button to actuate the drive and for blower The circuits consists of MCCBs, relays and contractors in series Ample overload protection is provided by the MCCB and the relay Wires coming out of the connections are numbered for easy recognition

Mounting:- 
The motor and gearbox is mounted inside sturdy MS frame and the pan mounted on the Gearing housing fitted in the stand. Blower mounted by the side of the stand or placed in remote location if required

Finish:- 
All joints argon Arc welded and all SS Parts polished to suitable finished required of pharmaceutical equipment MS parts painted to smooth finish.

Operation:-
The product is to be filled inside the pan. During the rotation motion, coating material is sprayed by spraying system according to the technological process and rational technological process. So process materials (product) are coated due to rotating pan. The coating round pot is rotated by variable speed. At the same time hot air is supplied through inbuilt Hot air blower system which dries rapidly (heating or cooling) and evenly thus forming a solid and smooth surface.

Starch Paste Kettle:-
We offer Starch Paste Kettle that are basically used for heating and preparation of binde/paste solution. These tanks are available in std/gmp models. With a capacity of 25,50,100,200 ltrs these tanks are constructed using s. S. 304/316/3161, electric and thermic fluid. Furthermore, these tanks are steam heated with paddle anchor type stirrer manual or motorized tilting. These products are known for their excellent performance and durability. Starch Paste Kettle Will Be Made Out Of S.S. 304 Rectangular Pipes Of 3 Mm Thk And Will Be An Independent Resting Type Frame Work Where No Foundation Will Be Required. The Kettle Will Be A Hemispherical Type Bowl With Either Steam / Oil / Water Heating Jacket Will Be Provded. The Kettle Will Be Manufactured From 2.5 Mm Thk S.S. 304 Sheet And The Jacket Will Be Of 2.5 Mm Mild Steel (In Case Of Steam Jacket The Thickness Will Be 4 Mm) . There Will Be Oil / Water Heated Fitted At The Back Bottom Side Of The Kettle. The Kettle Will Be Having A Worm Type Arrangement For Tilting . A Temperature Controller And A Temp Indicator Will Be Provided For Temp Control And Indication. The Kettle Will Be Insulated With 50 Mm Thk Glasswool Insulation And Claded With 16 Swg S.S. 304 Sheet. Functions:-
Basically This Unit Is Used For Preparation Of Starch Paste. Hemispherical Shape Ensures That The Heating Of The Starch Paste Is Uniform And Gets More Surface Area. The Tilting Type Arrangement Ensures Ease In Unloading The Paste Into Any Container Or Vessel. The Starch Is Put In The Kettle And Water Is Added Till Desired Thickness Is Achieved. The Kettle Is Jacketed And Is Heated Till Till The Starch Melts And A Thick Paste Is Achieved. This Paste Can Be Agitated Either Manually Or With The Help Of A Anchor Type Agitator Which Will Constantly Stir The Paste So That There Will No Lumps Formation And Proper Mixing Is Achieved. Temperature Can Be Set To Desired Temp By Adjusting The Thermostat Provided And The Temperature Can Be Seen In The Dial Thermometer Provided.

Product Details:

The Fluid Bed Dryer manufactured by us is ideal for the rapid, even drying of chemical, pharmaceutical and food product. FBDs are the state of the art drying units comparable to any internationally made FBDs, with all the features available. Our FBDs are built with a working pressure of 3.0 Bar at 800c. The in-house innovation team has been able to enhance the drying capabilities of our FBDs by 18 - 20% thus resulting in lesser drying time, giving a better shelf life to the product. The air handling unit has been designed keeping in mind, tool less construction for ease in cleaning / replacing the filter assembly. The finger bag assembly is with quick release clamps for easy removal and fixing of the finger bag. The machine has been designed ergonomically resulting in ease of operation.

Operation:-
Fluid Bed Dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the /base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked into the unit.  This hot air stream expands the material at certain velocity and creating turbulence in the product.  The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost for drying. Fluidisation produces full agitation of solid particles by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform.  The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat.  Filter bags prevent particle escaping from the dryer.
